I have been doing the Weight Watchers Simple Start and love it. However, since I am really trying to eat healthy and a little less, I found weighing food was almost a necessity. Sometimes I can figure out what a card deck size of chicken is. Is it a regular size playing deck? A large playing deck? See what I mean! CONFUSING!
