I can’t imagine a day without my coffee. In the morning that one little cup gives me the jump start to my day. I am not sure it is the caffiene or if it is just the ritual itself, but when the house is quite and I am enjoying that first cup, everything seems okay in my little world. The only way to make it better is having a piece of Miss NiNi’s Streusel Walnut Sour Cream Cake.

Forget the store-bought stuff, Miss NiNi offers a gourmet coffee cake that will rival even the best coffee cakes you’ve tasted. The comforting tastes of cinnamon and brown sugar mixed with the rich crunch of toasted English walnuts come together perfectly in this uber-moist, yet crumbly coffee cake. Miss NiNi hand-swirls and twirls the ingredients, ensuring each and every coffee cake has its own unique pattern. And it is amazingly delicious! Each slice has walnuts and cinnamon streusel. I call it the cake pact- “No piece of cake left behind”.

I bake a lot and I love my homemade creations. I had to admit, I was a little skeptical when this cake was delivered.. I have ordered cakes and stuff before, only to have something dry as cardboard show up. Heck, I have even gotten them from the bakery like that. The very next day I unwrapped it’s cinnamony goodness and settled down with my first cup of coffee. That first bite was like heaven. There was no skimping on the ingredients and it was so moist you would have thought I just took it out of the oven. Finally a cake I can order and pass it off as my own! I wouldn’t really do that but you could if you wanted to, it is that good! It stays moist too. I stored it in a cake dish and on day 3 it was still moist. I was delighted to find that Miss NiNi’s also has other fine desserts such as cheesecakes and layer cakes. I am totally enamored with her Snow White Cake with Almond Raspberry Filling. It sounds perfectly heavenly!

Miss NiNi developed a passion for baking in her youth. That passion has intensified over the years and she has became a master in the kitchen. She has won countless awards for her baking.
