I believe in divine intervention, karma and the like. So it didn’t surprise me when divine intervention happened and I finally got a cover for my Kindle Fire. If you have read my Top Apps for The Kindle Fire post then you know I received one a couple of months ago. Since then I have been carrying it around with me, very carefully. About a week ago I was in the kitchen with it and said casually to my mom “I wish I had a cover for this.” School supplies, clothes, etc have left me broke and I was waiting for some extra money so I could get one. Well about 10 minutes later I check my e-mail and find an e-mail from The Snugg inviting me to review their tablet covers. Lo and behold they had a Kindle Fire cover and it was exactly what I wanted. Hallelujiah!
The Snugg Kindle Fire Cover is sleek, professional looking and light weight. Don’t let the light weight fool you though. It is made well. It is leather with tight stitching all the way around. It looks classy. The inside has nubuck fiber and is very soft to the touch. It is almost like velvet but softer. It has a built in stand that goes 2 ways. One for surfing the internet and the other for watching videos and movies. I love the built-in stand because I can just prop it up and watch my shows. The other feature I really like is the strap that holds my stylus. I am always losing it and now it is secure and right there. No more running around screaming “Oh stylus, where are you?!?” The Kindle Fire slides right in and all of openings match up with the Kindle’s buttons and USB ports. It has a very strong velcro strap that holds it in place securely and an elastic hand strap that makes carrying it a breeze. I am really, really pleased with this cover and I even got a compliment on it yesterday when I had the tablet out and about. Squee!
