Tyson Project A+ helps you raise money for your school and helps me make some incredible chicken bacon and ranch dip. Win-Win, right? I was really excited to hear about the Project A+ program from Tyson. I already buy a lot of Tyson products ( can you tell?) and I loved that I could make money for Roxy’s school by doing something I already do.
The program is really easy to participate in. You can also get your community involved by having them also save their Tyson Project A+ Labels. I just want to share a few things about the program with you, so you can see how EASY it is and how you can help your child’s school. Did you know an average teacher spends $500.00 out of pocket to get their classrooms ready for students? That is crazy! School budgets are stretched to the limit and I think it is so great that programs like Project A+ can allow us parents to help their child’s school!
- By participating Tyson products. Each participating product has a label on the back. You clip that to send into Tyson. You can find a list of participating products here.
- Each label is worth 24 cents.
- You can send in a claim form for every 100 labels collected.
Safeway has gotten into the act too! From now until September 10th, you can donate 10% of your grocery bill to a school of choice. If you have an escrip account the donations are automatic. How cool is that? Super cool! I grocery shop a lot, so I know it is going to add up in the end! You can see my shopping trip HERE.
