It’s cookie +pie. Now let’s say it again- cookie+pie. Omg, it is cookie and pie together! Not your traditional pie of course, but something even better. I am not a pie eater but if this is pie, I am a HUGE fan of pie now!
Where do the cookies come in you may be asking? They are the crust! Yes, it is a cookie crust. It is buttery, rich, and a party in your mouth. I received the Caramel Chocolate and it was amazing! The cookie crust just crumbled and melted in your mouth. The caramel was buttery and just a little salty, making it to die for. There wasn’t a just smidgen of caramel either ( you know the little smear you get on some desserts that make you wonder “Did I just eat caramel?”). There was a huge amount of caramel and that made my day. Then it was topped with this rich, not to sweet chocolate and crunchy toffee bits. It was heaven on my plate, brought to earth by Barbara’s Cookie Pies.
