I have suddenly developed a healthy obsession with recipes in a mug. They are quick, easy, and sometimes not what I bargained for. This time I decided to make Chocolate Chip Cookie. My Mac N Cheese went so well that I was very confident when I started. I couldn’t wait to have a warm chocolate chip cookie in a matter of 40 seconds.

The recipe I tried is HERE. This was the best one I found so far. It was super easy, the least time, and looked delicious. I assembled all my ingredients and followed the recipe. After about 55 seconds this is what I had:

It looked good. But how did it taste? I scooped it out onto a plate and was pleased to find it looked like a chocolate chip cookie. Score one for me!

I took the first bite and while it was good and did taste like a chocolate chip cookie, it was kind of rubbery. Also, not all the chocolate chips melted so every other bite I would get a hard chip and it threw the whole taste thing off. The texture was definitely different and was more like a cake, then a cookie. Not that I minded, but to me textures and taste defines your recipe.

All in all I found it to be okay. Not something I would make all the time, but not something I am against either.

Have you made Chocolate Chip Cookie in a mug? If so, how did it turn out? Did you like it? I really want to hear your thoughts, so please leave a comment letting me know!

Till We Dish Again,

Bobbie
