My girls are not crafty and I really can’t keep their attention long enough to do anything craft related. They have always been like that and to be honest, I was not a happy camper about it. Don’t most girls love crafts? I love making jewelry and tried to get the girls interested but nothing. I was really interested in the My Image Bracelet Maker because it combined technology with crafting. The girls could resize and upload their images directly from the Image Bracelet Maker app on iTunes. They could then print them out and make bracelets for themselves or their friends. If you don’t have a device that is capable of downloading from iTunes, your girl can still enjoy the bracelet maker because they have a download on the site that lets you upload and resize pics on your desktop computer. So this is fun for everyone!
The My Image Bracelet Maker comes with everything you need to get started. Included was:
- 54 reversible image tiles in 6 different colors
- 6 preprinted image cards ( 144 pics)
- an extra strength glue stick
- 8 elastic threads
- a knot key tool
Also available is a refill kit with special glitter tiles. It is really easy to get started. We used the pre-printed pics to show how you can get a fun bracelet right out of the package! First choose your images and then use the special cutter on the board to cut them out. Measure your wrist and lay out your tiles. Glue the images onto the tiles, string them and tie in a knot. Using the knot key tool hide the knots. It is really simple and a lot of fun!
Roxy made one for herself and loved it. She said it was super easy to do and actually kept her attention. She loved how the tiles were reversible and could get two bracelets for one. She is already planning on making ones for her friends for Christmas!
