I was given the products below to review for post. No other compensation was received and all opinions are 100% my own.
If you have been reading the blog you know that I made my Mom cry when I gave her a gorgeous flatware set from Reed and Barton. Well we have teamed up again and are going to see if we can start some more waterworks. Oh, and I got a gift this time too, YAY!
My Mom and Dad got married on Valentine’s Day in 63. This year will mark their 51st wedding anniversary, how cool is that? They didn’t have a big wedding, just the preacher and a couple of witnesses, so their wasn’t any fancy reception with the houseware gifts, etc. They made up for it though on their 25th wedding anniversary when they renewed their vows. But still one thing was missing, the pretty silver frame that holds a wedding picture.
When Reed and Barton offered to let me review the Lyndon 4×6 Silver Frame I jumped on it. I already knew their products were exceptional quality and with their anniversary coming up, I knew it would make the perfect gift!
And, I was right. The frame is a solid weight and looks stunning. It has a raised gilded style edge that adds a little flair. The website picture just doesn’t do it justice. It is shiny and so, so pretty when you get it home. You can also have it engraved, like I did, for an extra $8.00. They have several font options and you can monogram it or add your own personal message. It would definitely make a lovely Valentine’s Day gift or wedding gift. Oh and don’t forget a new baby gift.
Reed and Barton know that single girls need love too! So they asked if I would like to review the Lyndon Silver Box and of course I said yes! Again, you can have it engraved with a monogram or special message. I did the monogram because I thought it looked pretty awesome and I chose the circle monogram because it added a modern touch to the box. Again, the website picture does not do it justice because it is stunning when you get it home. Inside it is lined with velvet, making it the perfect place to store your jewelry, or any type of special treasures. I plan on storing my jewelry in it and it will make a nice heirloom for the girls when I am gone. ( wow, went from woohoo to depressing in 1.3 seconds flat.)
If you are wanting an amazing, gorgeous and elegant gift for your sweetie this Valentine’s Day, I highly suggest you check out Reed and Barton. They have a huge selection of gifts and you are sure to find something perfect. Also, please make sure to enter their Valentine’s Day Giveaway!
