Single Serve StarKist Creations are perfect for moms on the go, I should know I am one. Packed full of protein they only have 80 and 110 calories per pouch. Available in flavorful Herb & Garlic, Sweet & Spicy, Hickory Smoked, and Zesty Lemon Pepper, these pouches offer an option for anyone’s taste preference. You can try them in your favorite recipe or eat them straight from the pouch. They are really good and good for you.
I received samples of each new flavor from Starkist; Sweet and Spicy, Hickory Smoked, Lemon Pepper, and Herb and Garlic. I made the following recipes using the Herb/Garlic and Hickory Smoked.
Boulder Burger- I do not eat a lot of bread so I actually made this into a patty. It was so good. I made two patties, one for me to sample and one for the girls to share. They gobbled it up and wanted more. Complete with the home made fries, this recipe only took 30 minutes to complete. Talk about quick and tasty!
Hickory Smoked Tuna Quesadilla- These were very good. The montery jack cheese and sour cream lent a good flavor to the smoked tuna. The crispy tortilla gave the soft filling some solid crunch. Another 30 minute recipe that is not only filling but also nutritious and quick.
I would recommend this to any busy mom or any one really. They are so good and they make quick lunches and dinner. Also, you can eat them right out of the pack! I had some of these when I was visiting my mom. There were really good, and I not a big fan of tuna fish.

Hello

This is from the Starkist FAQ’s on their site. I hope it helps some
Most StarKist Tuna products are gluten-free; however, there are several exceptions:
Tuna Creations® Herb & Garlic contains wheat and barley.
Additionally, the crackers in the StarKist Lunch to-Go® and Tuna Salad Lunch to-Go® would contain gluten.
Please note that due to product changes or new product introductions, we always recommend you check the ingredient statement for the most current ingredient information.
