Spring time is coming and when the weather turns warm I usually run from the kitchen. I like making quick and easy recipes this time of year because it gives me more time to play outside. That is why I love this chicken salad because it is easy to make! It is even easier to make since I found Tyson® Grilled & Ready® chicken strips. Before I would have to boil chicken breasts, let them cool down, and then dice them up. I know I could use can chicken but the sodium intake is out of this world! With Tyson® Grilled & Ready® chicken strips I can heat them in the microwave and then dice them up. This cuts my time in half!

I love any program that not only gives me a quick and easy option to some of my favorite recipes but also rewards me for eating better! I need things explained visually so I was really happy with this infographic and wanted to share it with you!

Ingredients
- 6 to twelve Tyson® Grilled & Ready® chicken strips ( chopped )
- 2 slices of Fold it Bread by Hungry Girl
- 1/4 cup of Mayo
- 1/4 cup of Sour Cream
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/2 packet of Garden Dill dip by Hidden Valley
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
Instructions
- Heat your Tyson® Grilled & Ready® chicken strips in the microwave for about 3 minutes or until warm. ( Do not overheat ).
- While they are cooling down heat your olive oil in a small frying pan. Place your bread in the pan and heat each side for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl mix your mayo, sour cream, dip, and onion together.
- Mix in chicken once it has cooled.
- Place 1/2 mixture on each bread slice. Fold over and enjoy!
