While most people are looking for ways to fix their leftover turkey, I was searching for a way to use the left over pot roast my Mom had fixed. Not on Thanksgiving of course, a couple days later. I had been craving sliders so I came up with this very quick slider sandwich and decided to share with you guys! No recipe, just picture instructions. Roast Beef Sliders with Onion, Yum!
Dice up roast beef, enough for how many sandwiches you want to make. Just remember sliders don’t use a lot of meat.
Dice up onions, again eyeball it.
Saute onions in frying pan until they are a little caramelized. I almost burn mine because I like the taste.
While your onions are frying, add some sauce to your meat. I used Country Bobs but you can use bbq, etc.
Also take your dinner roll and add butter to the bottom of the top and bottom. After your onions are done, place in your frying pan and brown.
Place your onions on your bread and then add your meat. Put the top on and Yummo!! Roast beef slider! So easy!

Thank you so much! They were really tasty and I am so glad I only made two, rofl. I could have eaten a whole plate. The Country Bobs really made them amazing!
